Ephraim Esson

Co-Founder

Ephraim started his entrepreneurial journey shoveling snow in Colorado and hasn’t stopped building since. In high school, he ran a tutoring business. Then he taught himself to build iOS apps. His latest project is FiveSongs, a music-sharing app that helps people discover new tracks through their friends. He’s all in on building, backing bold ideas, and creating space for founders to grow.

Ryan Quinn

Co-Founder

Ryan’s first leap into entrepreneurship came in middle school, when he launched his first company at age 13. Soon after, he began investing in the stock market and eventually moved into angel investing. From that first venture forward, he’s been fascinated by the mechanics of building and scaling organizations.

Eric Edwards

Advisor

Eric Edwards serves as an advisor to Linda Mar Ventures providing guidance and insight on Fund Formation, Investment Structuring, Financial Reporting, and ongoing Fund Administration.

Eric is the Founder and Managing Partner of Avalon Growth Capital, a Denver-based business consulting and investment banking advisory practice with a focus on private and family-owned businesses operating across the food and beverage supply chain. In addition to capital formation and advisory-focused initiatives, Eric has extensive experience leading complex due diligence efforts, business integrations, and system conversions for both public and private enterprises. He also has a strong track record in distressed investing and turnaround situations, having led numerous corporate restructurings, special asset workouts, liquidations, and loss recovery assignments.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The Ohio State University and a Graduate Degree in Banking from the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington in Seattle. Eric is a Registered Representative of BA Securities, LLC and holds FINRA Series 63, 79, and 82 licenses.

Kevin is a hands-on operator with a deep background in sales, strategy, partnerships, and growth. He’s passionate about helping early-stage teams go from idea to execution. Kevin works closely with founders to sharpen their vision, build smart go-to-market strategies, and create sales systems that actually scale. He’s helped startups find product-market fit, land their first customers, and turn traction into long-term growth.
